1. Eligibility

Refunds may be requested within 14 days of purchase if:

  • The Service failed to function as described
  • A billing error occurred

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Dissatisfaction with generated insights
  • User error in CSV uploads
  • Misinterpretation of results
  • Change of mind

AI outputs are subjective and exploratory by nature.

3. How to Request a Refund

Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method.

4. Payment Processors

Refunds are subject to Stripe or Lemon Squeezy processing rules.
